KITCHEN MANAGER (FULL TIME)

- WE’RE LOOKING FOR A LEADER IN THE KITCHEN—SOMEONE WHO IS PASSIONATE ABOUT BAKING, TAKES INITIATIVE, PUTS THE GUEST FIRST AND IS HUMBLE.

- PASTRY AND/OR BAKERY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

- MUST WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

- MUST RUN A CLEAN AND ORGANIZED KITCHEN.

- ENVIRONMENT OF TEAMWORK AND JUMPING IN WHERE NEEDED IS EXPECTED.

- HOURS MAY VARY, BUT EARLY MORNINGS, WEEKENDS AND SOME HOLIDAYS ARE REQUIRED.

- MUST BE EXCITED ABOUT CREATING PROCESSES TO MAKE EACH DAY RUN SMOOTHLY AND COMING UP WITH IDEAS TO CONSTANTLY IMPROVE THE BUSINESS.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
-LEAD BACK OF HOUSE OPERATIONS DAILY
-TAKE WEEKLY INGREDIENT INVENTORY + MANAGE ORDERING
-OVERSEE FOOD SAFETY, STORAGE AND HANDLING
-OVERSEE QUALITY CONTROL
-COMMUNICATE WITH MANAGER AND OWNERS DAILY
-CREATE BACK OF HOUSE SCHEDULE
-HIRE, TRAIN AND DEVELOP BACK OF HOUSE TEAM IN COORDINATION WITH
MANAGER AND OWNERS
